RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in maintaining communications with existing and potential customers
- Assist in preparing business proposals, tender documents and quotations
- Assist in company sales & marketing activities, such as seminars, exhibitions
- Assist in preparing marketing materials such as product leaflets, company brochures
- Identify business opportunities for the company
- Collaborate on daily administrative tasks to help maintain efficient office operations
- Provide administrative support services for the company
- Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the management
REQUIREMENTS:
- Asso. Degree or Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering/IT / Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- Working experience in related disciplines is preferred
- Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
- Detail-minded, self-initiated and able to work independently
- Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Language ability: English / Chinese (written and verbal)
