The Role

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document business requirements and processes.
• Analyze financial data and metrics to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
• Serve as a liaison between business units and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the development of best practices.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of financial products (e.g., loans, investments, insurance) and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and business analysis methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
