Business Analyst - Cargo Distribution (5-Day Work)

Job Responsibilities:
 

• Understand and elicit business processes, practices and requirements by conducting workshops and meetings 
• Analyze current state and identify areas for improvement and optimization 
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions to ensure they meet the needs of stakeholders
• Define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scope, develop comprehensive test cases and scripts in JIRA and execute end to end testing 
• Assist in new Application Programming Interface (API) integrations and support release of enhancements  
• Create materials and provide ongoing support and training to end users to ensure effective communication 
• Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across teams
• Conduct in-depth data analysis using advanced statistical methods and tools to uncover patterns, correlations, and insights
• Design, compile and distribute management reports for KPI and performance measurement

Job Requirements:
 

• University degree, preferably in related disciplines
• Experience in aviation industry is an advantage
• Results-driven individual with proven analytical skills and commercial acumen
• Strong command of analytical tools e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, QlikView, QlikSense and CMS etc. 
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Deliver results in a timely manner, able to work under pressure
• Fast learner, quickly adapt to changes 
• Willing to travel overseas for organizing workshops or trainings independently
