Business Analyst

Job Summary:

• Participate in a large-scale Government project as a Business Analyst
• The Business Analyst is responsible for analysing business processes and requirements, and developing solutions that align with the client's goals and objectives. He should have hands-on experiences in planning and managing UAT. This position requires an understanding of IT systems and technology, as well as analytical and communication skills.
   

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing projects;
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements;
• Develop and document business requirements, functional specifications, use cases and test cases, training manual and user manual etc.;
• Work closely with IT teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements;
• Coordinate end-users for design, implement and demonstrate solutions that meet business requirements;
• Participate in testing to ensure solutions meet requirements;
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field;
• 5 years post graduate working experience
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, in an IT environment;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify business needs and requirements;
• Excellent communication (Chinese and English) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Is capable of planning large scale UAT and managing users;
