Business Analyst - SaaS Solutions

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and pre-sales team to gather business requirements for platform enhancements or new features
• Gather, analyze and communicate with internal product and development team for business requirements
• Conduct thorough analysis of client needs, ensuring all requirements are aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for the development team
• Prepare comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs), user requirements and process flow diagrams to clearly define project scopes and deliverables
• Provide insights into how regulatory changes may impact platform functionality and client needs
• Maintain and update documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree Holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' related working experience in Project Management or Information Technology field
• Experience in brokerage firms or IT solution vendors is highly preferred
• Experience in self-trading is an added advantage
• Good communication skills with a strong sense of accountability and a good team player
• Able to work under pressure and exhibit a high level of integrity
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Analyst
