Job Summary:

The ideal candidate serves as a critical link between business users and the IT department, ensuring that system-related issues are identified, documented, communicated, and resolved efficiently. This role involves proactively managing system issues, coordinating with IT for timely fixes, and ensuring that projects adhere to established quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between business users and IT, proactively identifying and tracking system issues;
• Identify, document, and track bugs using Excel or bug-tracking systems (e.g., Jira);
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure timely deployment of fixes and system updates;
• Conduct regression, functional, usability, and performance testing across multiple platforms and environments;
• Assist supervisor to ensure all project-related work aligns with established standards and quality benchmarks;
• Facilitate communication and workflow between business stakeholders and technical teams to address issues and implement solutions effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• 1-2 years of experience in software QA is an added advantage;
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
• Basic knowledge of software development processes and testing methodologies;
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to dig out issues and bugs;
• Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities;
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., SQL) is a plus.
