Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends the company's market share in Hong Kong
  • Cultivate and strengthen existing client relationships, through excellent communications and a rolling cadence of partner clinic visits
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
  • Identify opportunities through client insights and strategically troubleshoot and problem solve into solutions that drive revenue growth and stronger relations
  • Work closely with the customer service, marketing and clinical and laboratory departments to enable prompt promotion and communication of new services, products and personnel to our clients
  • Manage referral partner complaints and concerns
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting
  • Bachelor degree in business administration, sales and marketing or relevant subjects.
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Leadership abilities
