Business Development Director, Greater China & Singapore

We are looking for a Business Development Director who is responsible for generating sales and extending the Williams Lea footprint across Greater China and Singapore.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Revenue Growth - Identify new business opportunities and manage these through the sales cycle to contract signature, in each of the Williams Lea core sectors: Financial Services, Legal, Professional Services
• Sales Strategy - Develop effective sales strategies, and analyse key market and regional trends to adapt and refine accordingly
• Network & Prospect Engagement - Build out industry networks and represent Williams Lea at industry events

Job Requirements:

• A leader and self-starter to identify the new business and work through the sales cycle to contract signed with outstanding consultative sales approach
• A good understanding of the operations of Financial Service environment with strong network in this industry. Extensive network in other industries is a plus
• A proven track record of dealing with senior clients and engaging decision makers in the target organisations
• A track record of winning new deals and achieving the business targets with strong commercial orientation
• A real can do attitude, does not recognise boundaries and thrives in an environment of opportunity, confidence and hunger for success and growth.
• Strategic and business intellect to take accountability for action and takes deals through to closure
• Excellent command of both English and local languages
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
