What We Expect from You

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our footprint in the Hong Kong and Southeast Asia markets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Work closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with product and marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and partners.
• Monitor and report on business development performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

How We Imagine You

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving growth.
• Experience in the education sector, HR sector, or SaaS product is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English, with proficiency in Mandarin.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
