Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (B2B focus) to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our customer base, driving business development activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strong technical relationships and market insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle business inquiries and provide expert consultation to potential clients.
• Maintain and expand the company’s customer base for company’s products and solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships with customer technical departments, leveraging technology to influence and guide clients toward successful project outcomes.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Collaborate closely with the after-sales service team to address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Overseas traveling is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Science and Engineering, International Business Management or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for driving business growth.
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong understanding of International Business Development or Science and Engineering is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or roles within technical equipment or related industry is highly preferable.
