Business Development Executive / Manager

Job description: 

• To visit potential customers day-to-day in order to achieve sales target and number of new accounts
• Accountable for the sales of products & services, strong commitment in achieving monthly sales target with the team
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with new and existing clients
• Perform product demonstration/presentation
• Leads sales engagement and new business penetration
• Understand customer business requirements and pain points
• To involve resources to address prospect’s needs
• To maintain accurate and strong sales pipeline

Job Requirements: 

• Diploma or relevant professional qualifications
• Preferably 3 - 5 Year(s) of working experience in Sales, Business development. More experience will be considered as Business Development Manager role
• Preferably in Payroll / HR Software or any other software systems
• Strong closing case skills
• Strong Enterprise skills / B2B selling track record
• Outdoor work required, Independent and self-driven
• Confident, high EQ, with excellent communication and sales skills
• Ability to communicate with all level of staff internally and externally
