Business Development Manager

Job Description:
 

• Drive the launch of our new young line within the beauty, skincare and health food range of products
• Develop and implement business strategies to enhance brand presence and market penetration to achieve sales target.
• Collaborate closely with other departments for visual merchandising, social media content / campaigns, eShop / App that resonate with our target audience.
• Plan and execute brand promotional activities and events to increase customer engagement and to evaluate the performances of each brand.
• Conduct product sourcing and partner with suppliers to ensure quality and innovation.
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences and make recommendations to management for business decisions.

Requirements:
 

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business, Merchandising or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in Business Development / Multi brand management / Trade management or similar role within the beauty retail industry
• Experience in planning and executing promotional activities and events including pop-up stores and expos.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the beauty industry and understanding of emerging trends.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
