Business Development Senior Officer

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth in Hong Kong and overseas markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders within the food and beverage industry and logistic industry to foster partnerships and business opportunities.
• Actively source and engage potential clients, leverage existing resources in Hong Kong and international retail markets. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and ensure client satisfaction.
• Plan and execute events to promote our services and enhance brand and company visibility.
• Support marketing initiatives to unlock the brand's potential in the food and supply chain sectors.
• Monitor and participate in the management of supply chain functions in HK & Mainland.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistic management functions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to guarantee on-time product delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Assist in developing market entry strategies to optimize customer service and supply chain efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing/ Supply Chain Management/ Logistic/ Business or related disciplines
• Proven experience in business development, preferably in the food and beverage / logistics or supply chain sector
• Strong network and connections within the F&B / logistic industry.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Familiarity with supply chain operations and cross-border logistics processes. Experience with supply chain management systems is a plus.
• Experience in event planning and execution.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Flexible and able to work under pressure and handle multiple projects efficiently and in an orderly manner.
• Willing to travel to the Mainland or overseas.
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin is a must) and English both in writing and oral communication.
