Business Development Specialist

Our company’s business involves two significant industries, healthcare and insurance. 
HMG is a pioneer in Medical Concierge servicing insurance companies for over 10 years. Current medical revenue is projected over 150 m and servicing over 650,000 individual policies.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role is instrumental in expanding our footprint in the healthcare sector and enhancing our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical providers.

2. Prepare and present comprehensive business development proposals.

3. Support the development and implementation of digital applications.

4. Promote and enhance customer experience through innovative solutions.

5. Engage in cross-border healthcare initiatives and opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Interest in cross-border healthcare is essential.

- Familiarity with the medical or insurance industry is an asset.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

• 2 year working experience
• Team player, and able to work independently and under pressure
• Can-do attitude, self-motivated, good team player, reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility
• Prior experience in hospital, medical service, insurance company is an asset
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
