Job Description
This is an opportunity to become a highly impactful contributor to a rapidly growing business. We need a Business Managerwith strong leadership skills who can initiate, implement and review the strategy of “Chinese Health Care”. Ultimately, this person is responsible for selecting good products, maintaining relationships with suppliers, and formulating strategic plans to drive sales.
Responsibilities:
- Inspire and motivate the team to surpass monthly sales targets through effective goal-setting and performance management strategies.
- Possess unique FMCG market insights to lead the Team on high-frequency new product research across both food & non-food categories.
- Plan, oversee and manage assigned categories and accounts, and project coordination with teams for promotions & activities execution.
- Foster seamless communication and coordination with different internal teams such as Customer Service, Logistics, and Warehouse, ensuring the highest quality of service for our customers.
- Negotiate with suppliers on product costs and promotion offers, leveraging your leadership skills to obtain favorable terms.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports for management review, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Generate insightful reports and deliver impactful presentations to upper-level managers or other stakeholders, effectively communicating the team's progress and achievements.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in business or a related discipline is preferred, and a background in marketing will be considered a plus.
- At least 5-8 years experience in e-commerce, retail, marketing and/or a related field.
- Proven ability to provide strategic direction and inspire a vision for the business.
- Strong track record in managing team performance and driving results.
- Exceptional leadership skills, including the ability to amplify personal charisma, foster team synergy, and empower team members to reach their full potential.
- Dedication to educating and training teammates, cultivating a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Extensive knowledge of the E-commerce industry and specific product categories, allowing for informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Experience in setting up efficient workflows, rules, and documents, with a focus on improving team performance and efficiency.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Manager.
