Cargo Operations Officer

Job Duties

• Maintain and update cargo manuals and training records
• Handle cargo tracing and claims documents
• Assist in the e-Airwaybill project
• Monitor freighter loading/unloading and assist in daily export/import flight handling
• Perform admin duties such as invoice verification, analysis of statistics & preparation of performance report
• Perform any other jobs as assigned

Qualification/Requirement

• Diploma holders or above
• 1-2 years of relevant experience, fresh graduates will also be considered
• Well proficiency in English and Chinese
• Good inter-personal and communication skills
• Conversant with computer applications
• Willing to work on shift and irregular hours
• Qualified driver is an added advantaged
