Cargo Sales Executive

About the role

ABDA Cargo Services Hong-Kong Limited, a leading General Sales and Services Agent of airlines cargo, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Cargo Sales Executive to join our team in the Central and Western District. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving business growth within the freight/aviation industry.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities by networking, and leveraging your industry connections
• Manage and nurture existing agents relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
• Prepare and present customised air cargo solutions to meet the unique needs of each freight agent
• Negotiate and secure competitive rates and terms with carriers and suppliers
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and timely resolution of any client issues
• Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and performance metrics

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated success within airlines cargo sales department
• Strong understanding of the airlines cargos
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively present solutions to clients
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
