Job description
- Lead and manage the whole team to achieve objectives and targets in terms of teaching quality, service standards and retention rate;
- Responsible and accountable for performance and operation of the Centre;
- In charge of overall management and the daily operation of the Centre;
- Perform administration duties and provide administrative support for the Centre;
- Assist in teaching classes;
- Maintain good customer relationship with parents;
- Understand the current education trends and systems;
Requirement
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in business/education field;
- Experience in managing a centre or class teaching will be an advantage;
- Self-motivated and able to work independently;
- Willing to take up challenges and management-level responsibilities;
- Able to multitask and work under pressure;
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua;
- Computer literate and familiar with Chinese Word, Power Point and Excel;
- Less experience will be considered as a Centre Supervisor.
