Our customer is a large and complex organisation, which is implementing a digital transformation programme.

The Change Lead is accountable for driving organisational change management (OCM) and business readiness activities for large-scale ERP (Oracle) transformations. This role focuses on planning, tracking, and executing change initiatives—including stakeholder engagement, training, communications, and adoption metrics—to ensure successful project delivery. The Change Lead will leverage OCM frameworks, data-driven insights, and leadership collaboration to minimise resistance and maximise employee adoption.

  • End to end ERP transformation experience as a Change Lead
  • Key is change impact identification (through process transformation workshops) that are translated into actions
  • Oracle or SAP knowledge.
  • Ability to act as a coach to senior stakeholders to drive the change

Key Responsibilities

  1. Change Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management and business readiness plan aligned with project milestones.
    • Design interventions to address resistance, drive adoption, and ensure proficiency with new systems/processes.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement

    • Coach senior leaders and executives to act as effective change sponsors.
    • Build trust and mitigate change fatigue through transparent communication and empowerment.
  3. Execution & Measurement

    • Deploy tools (e.g., pulse surveys, focus groups) to assess readiness, track trends, and adjust strategies.
    • Coordinate training sessions and support change-related events (e.g., workshops, town halls).
  4. Project Management

    • Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to ensure timely delivery of OCM deliverables.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align change activities with technical project timelines.
  5. Continuous Improvement

    • Analyse feedback and adoption metrics to refine change approaches.
    • Share best practices and lessons learned across the organisation.
