Your Duties:

• Engage with channel partners on opportunities, sales strategies, and account growth.
• Implement channel marketing programs to drive sales.
• Track partner performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
• Prepare sales & marketing reports and manage channel sales & promotion forecasts
• Conduct market research to assess partner performance and analyze trends.
• Identify and create new business opportunities.
• Collaborate on sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market needs.
• Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to support partner initiatives.

Our Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of solid experience in partner or channel sales management, preferably within an international business environment
• Experience in consumer electronics, PC, and mobile accessories preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in various tools for sales analysis.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese.
• Immediate available is highly preferred
