Job Description
Support to Admin and Purchase Department
(Fresh Graduates are welcome)
Administrative Support
- Handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and manage mails, faxes, and courier services.
- Provide support for maintaining office supplies, stationeries, and coordinating equipment repairs.
- Maintain and update attendance records.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
- Assist with other ad hoc tasks as needed.
Purchasing Support
- Provide data entry support, including inputting purchase order and scanning and filing documents.
Job Requirement
F.5 / HKDSE or above
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
- Good computer skill, familiar with MS-Office
- Immediate available is highly preferred
