職位描述

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing secretarial function and wide range of administration support to senior management, not only in arranging meetings, organize in/out documents, office supplies (e.g. stationery, etc), and support ad hoc issues, etc.
  • Responsible for tender/ project management support
  • Assist in presales presentation and proposal documents preparation
  • Support project team and management for project contracts documents
  • Prepare data and reports to support project team
  • Coordinate with client and contractors /related parties

Job Requirements:

  • Certificate holder, prefer in Business or Building Services discipline
  • Experience in tender and project bidding process is highly preferable
  • Effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Good in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and PPT
