Clerk / Assistant Coordinator - Project Team (Fresh Graduates are Welcome)

**What You'll Do** 

• To arrange breakdown list of incoming samples including Toys, Hardgoods & Food contact articles.
• To assign the breakdown test materials for different test parameters according to test applications.
• Assist CS Team in preparing quotation to clients.
• Communicate with project team & chemical laboratories for the most updated technical requirement & client’s specification.
• Basic review of sufficient sample size from incoming samples.
• Other clerical duties.

**What You'll Bring**

• DSE or above.
• 1 year working experience in Chemical Test or Commercial Laboratory is preferred but not essential.
• Good command in Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel.
• Independent, responsible and can work under pressure.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Fresh Graduates will be considered.
