職位描述

Job Duties:

- Support the Client Services Department

- Handle daily correspondence with clients in a timely manner and respond to enquiries via phone call and email

- Handle daily clerical works

- Liaise between clients and departments

Requirements:

- F.5 / Diploma or above with fluent Cantonese

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Excellent telephone manner, good interpersonal and communication skills, good team player

- Willing to learn and able to work independently

Location: Kwun Tong

Induction training will be provided for new employee to ensure a smooth onboarding.

Immediate availability is preferred
