Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for issue of invoices and maintain filing system
  • Provide general clerical support
  • Handle telephone calls and general customer enquiries
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

 
Job Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • 1 year relevant working experience
  • Good English and mandarin
  • Mature, friendly and cheerful personality;
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Responsible, Self-motivated, well-organized and able to work independently
  • Immediate available is preferable
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
