Clerk of Works

Requirements:
 

1. Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies from the Hong Kong Polytechnic/ Hong Kong Polytechnic University/ Hong Kong Institute of Technology/ Hong Kong College of Technical/ Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent
2. Eight years’ relevant post-qualification experience.
3. Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) /Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent. 
4. The tentative employment period will be about 1 year and the tentative commencement date of employment will be in December 2024.
