職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Operation Team on operational functions including operations, process management, inventory control and logistics planning 
  • Assist sales team to manage all-rounded daily operation and customer service   
  • Process incoming shipment, dispatch and handle delivery of our goods and service to customers 
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures and regulations  

Requirements:

  • Form 6  graduate or above
  • Prefer to have minimum one year of work experience, fresh graduate will also be considered
  • A good team player, flexible, well-organized and attention to details with high sense of responsibility
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Chinese Word Processing, PPT and Excel
