Responsibilities:
The individual in this role will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Manage customer inquiries and service requests effectively
- Ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality services and final products to customers and associated stakeholders
- Sustaining efficient communication with the Sales Team to ensure smooth operations and achieving sales goals
- Proofreading typeset materials meticulously to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Addressing and resolving client complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensuring that feedback received from both internal and external clients is in line with the company's expectations
- Participating in client meetings and providing support at event sites for operational purposes, as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Previous experience in customer service or a related sector is desirable
- Knowledge of IT, digital marketing, or event management would be an added advantage, though not mandatory.
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- A self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail
- An organized and responsible individual who displays a willingness to learn
- Ability to work well under pressure, with a result-oriented mindset
- Openness to work in shifts (Morning/Mid Shift, rotating every 3 months). Shift allowances will be provided for Mid Shift (14:00 - 23:00).
