Responsibilities
- Prepare materials and reports for investor presentations
- Deliver exceptional corporate-standard services to clients
- Establish and maintain effective communication with clients via phone and email
- Handle inquiries from agents and clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and professionalism
- Maintain data accuracy in all communications and reports
- Documents processing and administration
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and assignments as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration or related discipline
- Relevant experience in client-facing role is an advantage; Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Quick learner with strong interpersonal skills and effective communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), with strong problem-solving abilities
- Dynamic and creative, able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Capable of multitasking and managing ad-hoc duties
