SNAP FITNESS - MARKETING AND CLUB ASSISTANCE

We are rapidly expanding in Hong Kong and are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic people who have some experience in the fitness industry to lead our latest club.

Location – Kowloon Bay 

Responsibilities

Manage the club’s membership sales and marketing,
Manage ongoing new membership for the club,
Establish and maintain a good relationship with new and existing members,
Focus on targets and achieve monthly KPI’s,
Maintain the Club’s facilities and equipment,
Manage the financial affairs of the club including outstanding payments,
Manage the club operating system,
Ensure compliance to company operating standards and Policies,
Provide outstanding customer service and deliver excellent membership experiences to all members.
Generally, be responsible for the operations and success of the club.
Requirements


Good command of English and Cantonese language
Basic computer skills and basic use of the word, excel, and email,
Excellent customer service,
Self-motivated, well organized, and responsible,
Friendly, Energetic, and outgoing personality.
