Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef de Partie in day-to-day food production
- Support the operations of a specified kitchen section
- Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene in the kitchen
Requirements:
- School certificates in vocational training
- 1-year culinary experience in western restaurants
- Fresh graduates with vocational training in related disciplines will also be considered
- Independent, eager to learn, a good team player with strong communication skills
- Good spoken English and Cantonese
