Job Responsibilities
• Administrative affairs processing: responsible for receiving, registering and filing documents, purchasing, managing and distributing office supplies.
• Meeting and activity support: arrange meetings, training and other activities, including venue booking and equipment preparation.
• Office Environment Maintenance: Ensure office area is clean and comfortable, coordinate with property to solve facility problems.
• Information Management: Maintain employee information system, assist in making administrative related reports.
• Other work: complete other temporary administrative tasks assigned by the leadership.
Requirements
• Educational background: college degree or above, administrative management and other related majors are preferred.
• Experience requirements: more than 1 year of administrative work experience is preferred.
• Skills: proficient in the use of office software, good communication skills and organizational and coordination skills.
• Quality requirements: careful work, strong sense of responsibility, service consciousness.
