Communications Assistant – Communications and Public Affairs Office
(Ref: EA (CPAO) 2024-11-29)
Responsibilities:
- provide office administrative support and perform a variety of clerical duties;
- assist in organising events and ceremonies;
- handle service requests from both internal and external stakeholders;
- maintain and update databases and mailing lists; and
- conduct campus tours for visitors.
Applicants should:
- possess a recognised bachelor’s degree, preferably in communication, public relations, journalism, marketing, advertising or other related disciplines;
- have at least 1 year of work experience in office administration, event management or marketing communications is preferable;
- have excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
- have effective administrative and communication skills; and
- be well-organised, and able to handle multi-tasks efficiently.
Working outside normal office hours may be required.
