Job description :
- Assist in preparing company secretarial documents, including Annual Return, AGM, board minutes, shareholders’ meeting minutes, Significant Controllers Register, etc.
- Conduct customer due diligence on clients
- Maintain and update statutory records of client companies
- Monitor filing deadlines and follow up with clients
- Arrange for filing of statutory forms and returns with government authorities
- Prepare customer correspondences
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements :
- Company secretarial experience gained in listed companies will be an advantage (fresh graduate with good working attitude will be considered as well)
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Good PC knowledge including MS word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Knowledge in CSA software preferred
- Meticulous, self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Keen learner and team player with strong interpersonal skills
