職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Provide company secretarial services and support to clients for Hong Kong and Offshore companies incorporation
  • Arrange annual returns and other statutory filings and prepare minutes
  • To support day to day operations of the team
  • Resolving different types of company secretarial questions

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years company secretarial experience
  • Knowledge in HK / offshore company formation and annual obligations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin in an advantage
