Content Editor (English)

Key Responsibilities

• Source, write, produce, translate, edit, and proofread content features in English for Home Journal's integrated platforms.
• Produce client advertorials in a timely manner.
• Generate story and video ideas - source and produce engaging interiors and lifestyle content - ie. exclusive homes to shoot, creative personalities / designers to profile, and intriguing spaces to showcase. 
• Be in charge of the monthly newsletter.
• Create outstanding content that engages digital audiences and drives SEO effectiveness on a daily basis. Be able to measure the effectiveness of articles using different tools and know how to optimize.

Professional Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in media outlets
• Strong writing and editing skills in English required
• Knowledge of video script production and video editing
• Passion and interest in interior design and lifestyle topics (art, travel, dining)
• Strong visual eye and styling skills
• Good networking skills; journalists with existing contacts are an advantage
