職位描述
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily purchase order processing (EDI PO and EDI Invoice)
- Process daily debit notes
- Support departmental administrative works such as invoices and vouchers sorting, taping, copying, and filing
- Assist in system input for updating discount and uploading sales data
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative works as assigned
Requirements:
- F.5 or above graduate
- At least 1 year of experience in office administration or sales administrative support
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Able to work under pressure and with a strong sense of responsibility
- Proactive and a good team player
- With experiences using SAP would be an advantage but not necessary
- Immediately available would be a definite advantage
Work Pattern:
- 5-day work week from Monday to Friday; working hour from 8:45am to 5:15pm
