Seconded to our clients of public sector to lead, oversee and support various IT projects.

• To lead, oversee and support various ICT projects;
• Conduct feasibility studies, market research, solicit system requirements and features with all users and relevant working parties, consolidate until agreements are reached and project commenced, conduct project review with users and relevant working parties as required for ICT projects;
• Involve in system design / development of ICT projects;
• Provide cost estimation, prepare project estimations until funds are approved; conduct fund control and periodic reporting;
• Write request for information, tender specifications and conduct tender assessment and contract procurement process;
• Provide project management and on-site supervision of project progress, deliverables & acceptance, risks analysis, Disaster Recovery planning, report periodically to project management teams;
• Manage ICT projects including implementation, site preparation, liaison with users, testing and commissioning, document review and compile project documents;
• Conduct site survey with contractors/ potential suppliers for mobile cell site installation;
• Discharge any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or his seniors.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 8 years of IT working experience;
• Minimum 2 years experience as Project Manager or similar capacity;
• Project handling or maintenance services planning & support experiences in wireless radio communications systems including end user devices, TETRA, 4G LTE and 5G network design and implementation, dimensioning, traffic studies, designing or implementing Information Communications Technologies (ICT) systems 
• Mission critical and high resilience systems;
• Maintenance services planning and support on TETRA, 4G LTE, 5G and any other wireless radio communication systems; 
• Audio/video systems, voice logger systems, video recording & archive systems;
• Real-time control systems;
