Responsibilities
- Support the review of contracts & agreements;
- Raise and manage approval process;
- Coordinate and conduct any ad hoc projects.
Qualifications
- Diploma or above in business related disciplines;
- with experience in contract review and drafting is an advantage;
- Well-organized, attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
- Good team player, with good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proactive and eager to learn;
- Able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
