About us

Harmony House was established in 1985 as the first shelter for abused women and their children in Hong Kong.Harmony House is a charitable organization providing a wide range of services to support the victims of domestic violence and promote family harmony. We also organise community education programmes, promote harmonious and healthy family relationships, provide training to multi-disciplinary and advocate for policies and legislations on behalf of victims of violence, their families and communities.We are seeking dedicated people who share our values and contribute to our growth.

Qualifications & experience

• Degree in Communications/ Public Relations/ Marketing or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising/ event management/ corporate communications
• Have a good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Office applications. Knowledge of graphic software such as AI and Photoshop or experience in digital marketing is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Highly motivated and proactive, creative and demonstrates a can-do attitude
• A team player able to work independently
• A passion to work for vulnerable individuals

Tasks & responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement and monitor a variety of events, fundraising programs, media and branding activities for the 40th Anniversary of the Agency
• Provide editorial and logistics support for corporate communications
• Explore, network and liaise with corporates and potential donors to support the 40th Anniversary Celebration events
• Provide administrative and secretarial support, liaison with external suppliers/service providers, handle logistics arrangement of the events and activities in relation to the 40th Anniversary Celebration of the Agency
