Job Responsibilities

1. Leading the creative direction: controlling the overall creative level of the company, formulating forward-looking and innovative creative strategies for all kinds of advertising projects. leading the team: leading the creative team, leading the creative team to create a brilliant future.

2. Lead the team: lead the creative team to carry out brainstorming, stimulate the creative potential of team members, cultivate and enhance the team's creative ability.

3. Customer Communication: Understand customer needs, transform customer needs into amazing creative solutions, and win customer recognition with excellent proposal skills.

4.Market Insight: Always pay attention to the dynamics of the advertising industry and market trends, and provide keen market insight and suggestions for the company's creative development.

1. Experienced: with many years of creative work experience in the advertising industry, successful advertising creative cases and project leadership experience.

2. Creative talent: with extraordinary creative conceptualization ability and aesthetic level, able to break the routine and create refreshing advertising works.

3. Leadership: excellent team management and leadership skills, able to motivate team members to pursue creative excellence.
