Crypto Marketing and Community Associate

Key Responsibilities

Community Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our Discord community, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
   
• Monitor, moderate, and respond to community discussions, addressing questions and concerns in a timely manner.
   

Social Media Management

• Develop and implement content strategies for Twitter and LinkedIn, focusing on updates, industry news, and community highlights.
   
• Schedule and post regular content, ensuring brand consistency and timely updates.
   
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and grow our audience organically.
   
• Monitor analytics to evaluate performance and adjust strategies for improved reach and engagement.
   

Marketing Support

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and community engagement.
   
• Collaborate with the team to create graphics, infographics, and other content assets.
   
• Stay updated on market trends and leverage them to create timely and relevant content.
   

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
   
• Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, with a willingness to learn and stay informed.
   
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
   
• Experience managing online communities, particularly on Discord, is highly desirable.
   
• Proficiency in social media platforms, including Twitter, LinkedIn, and related scheduling/analytics tools.
   
• Creative mindset with an ability to create engaging content and foster meaningful interactions.
   
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
   
• Basic knowledge of crypto and blockchain is a bonus but not required.
