Job Description:
We are an OEM company based in Hong Kong, specializing in window and door hardware for the oversea market. We’re looking for a Customer and Project Coordinator to join our team, focusing on customer relationships, sales support, and assisting with product launches. Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicate with existing customers to handle inquiries, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.

  • Support sales efforts by preparing quotations, following up with clients, and identifying potential new customers.

  • Assist in managing e-commerce activities to boost online presence and sales.

  • Help coordinate product launches, tracking timelines and working with teams and suppliers to meet deadlines.

  • Work closely with internal teams to align customer needs with product delivery schedules.

  • Conduct basic market research to spot opportunities and understand customer preferences.

  • Keep organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project progress.

  • Occasionally travel to China for supplier meetings or project-related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Some experience in customer service, sales, or project coordination, ideally in manufacturing or hardware industries.

  • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms or online sales (experience is a plus).

  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized under tight deadlines.

  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

  • Familiarity with MS Office 365; experience with CRM tools is a bonus.

  • Experience in window and door hardware or OEM processes is helpful but not required.

  • Willingness to travel to China as needed.
