Job Description:
We are an OEM company based in Hong Kong, specializing in window and door hardware for the oversea market. We’re looking for a Customer and Project Coordinator to join our team, focusing on customer relationships, sales support, and assisting with product launches. Key responsibilities include:

Communicate with existing customers to handle inquiries, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.

Support sales efforts by preparing quotations, following up with clients, and identifying potential new customers.

Assist in managing e-commerce activities to boost online presence and sales.

Help coordinate product launches, tracking timelines and working with teams and suppliers to meet deadlines.

Work closely with internal teams to align customer needs with product delivery schedules.

Conduct basic market research to spot opportunities and understand customer preferences.

Keep organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project progress.

Occasionally travel to China for supplier meetings or project-related tasks.
Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Some experience in customer service, sales, or project coordination, ideally in manufacturing or hardware industries.

Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms or online sales (experience is a plus).

Good communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized under tight deadlines.

Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Familiarity with MS Office 365; experience with CRM tools is a bonus.

Experience in window and door hardware or OEM processes is helpful but not required.

Willingness to travel to China as needed.
