Customer Development Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions for sales and product-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Monitor and manage customer satisfaction and feedback.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or supplier management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of modelling software is a plus.
• Good command of English.
