Customer Relations Executive (Telecom CS Team)

Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for handling key customer enquiries and complaints; analyzing customer feedback and identifying the root cause of each case for continuous service improvement;
• Participating in the quality assurance projects to achieve a high level of service quality and operation efficiency;
• Preparing and conducting training programs for regulatory compliance and policies enforcement

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• DSE or above with minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in telecommunication industry is preferred
• Proficient in PC applications including Microsoft Office
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Independent, well-organized, customer-oriented with analytical mind
