Job Responsibilities

  • General duties of Customer Services Clerk
  • Answering daily customers' inquiries through different channels
  • Provide quality customer service, maintain daily operations smoothly.
  • Order processing and follow-up
  • Provide backend support to the team
  • Handle daily administrative work, including data entry, filing and documentations
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

  • Diploma holders
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word and Chinese Word Processing

We offer:

  • 5 working days per week (Mon- Sat shift duty is required)
  • 8 working hours per day
