職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and Islash System in a timely manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance service delivery
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to satisfy customer
  • Maintain customer database in accurate
  • Assist in service contract renewal issue.
  • Ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • F.5 / DSE or above education
  • Relevant experience in CS field is highly preferred
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
  • Experience in Alcatel-Lucent contact center solution is an advantage
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and telephone manner
  • Good team-spirit and problem-solving skills
  • Shift duty on Saturday a.m is required but substitute leave will be offered
