Objective of the Position:
Dedicated Customer Service Executive aiming to leverage proven skills in customer service, problem-solving, and product knowledge to enhance customer engagement, exceed expectations, and drive business growth through tailored experiences and strategic improvements based on customer feedback.
What You'll Do:
- Providing French and English support to worldwide customers.
- Efficiently handling customer’s concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicating with customers via email / live chat / phone calls.
- Provide product and service information, process order returns and exchanges.
- Product quality inspections, order report checking & ad hoc tasks assigned by managers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
What You Have:
- Degree in any field an advantage.
- Excellent command of spoken and written French and English.
- Computer literate, proficiency in MS Office and Access
- Minimum 1 year experience in CS field is an advantage.
- 5-day shift duties required (including public holidays and weekends).
- Experience in e-commerce industry will be an added advantage.
- Interested in fashion and beauty products.
- Must be a team-player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Proficient in tracking customer sentiment and feedback.
- Self-motivated and proactive team player.
- Able to work independently in a highly dynamic, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
