What you’ll be doing?

• Assist clients with scheduling deliveries
• Handle customer enquiries & complaint promptly from Phone, Email and WhatsApp with CRM system
• Identify and address customer issues, offering suitable solutions and resolving problems to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide feedback on customer needs
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to prevent potential churn and increase customer retention
• Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and customer service best practices
• Support any ad hoc projects

What are we looking for?

• High diploma or degree holder
• At least 3 years solid experience on customer service or retention role
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken Cantonese & English, written Chinese & English
• Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, customer service software and tools
• Immediately available is preferred
