Job Description 工作範圍
• Handle customer enquiry and promote company product and service
處理客戶電話查詢, 及介紹公司產品服務
• Handle and support administrative work including data entry, filing, etc.
處理及支援一般文書工作包括資料輸入、存檔等
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required
處理部門主管委派的工作
Requirements 入職要求
• Customer Services relevant experiences is preferred
客戶服務工作的相關經驗為佳
• Proficiency in both Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
良好中文(廣東話及普通話)及英文
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to
work independently
具良好溝通能力、客戶服務技巧,積極主動,能獨立工作
• Proficient in PC Skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing (MUST)
必須熟悉電腦操作(MS Word, Excel)及中文打字 (倉頡/速成)
• Immediate availability is preferred
能即時上班者優先考慮
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Services Officer
經驗不拘,較少者則會考慮為客戶服務助理
• On the job training is provided

Working hours工作時間:
• 09:00-18:00 Monday to Friday, 5-day-work week
09:00-18:00 星期一至五,5天工作
• 8 hours per day
每天工作8小時
Work Location: Kwun Tong
工作地點:觀塘
